Core Design | Build LLP is a comprehensive design, construction and project management company focusing on all aspects of residential design, construction, remodeling as well as commercial projects. We work with many subcontractors and suppliers, allowing us to manage varying sizes of projects and insuring that they come in on time and on budget. Our company puts a lot of effort into estimating so every client has a full understanding of all the costs involved before the project begins. This allows us to refine the scope of work at the beginning of the project and ensures that our proposals and contracts are comprehensive. Open communication with our clients is an essential aspect of our business and one that guarantees we are able to meet our clients expectations. We work with both designers and owners who are looking for construction services as well as offer Design and Project Management services for owners who are looking to work with Contractors directly. Who We Are
Corey Robideau
Corey’s background has been in construction while also being in the banking industry for over 9 years. He is the perfectionist, not only in his work on-site but also in dealing with the subcontractors and making sure their work meets Core’s expectations. Corey’s strength is in making sure the project is done to the highest of standards and enjoys creating the finest finished product for the clients.
Chad Stamps
Chad has been involved in construction for nearly 20 years, much of which has been both “swinging a hammer” as well as a Project Manager. His background in Architecture has given him the ability to ensure that the design and finished product turn out as planned. He enjoys working with the clients, seeing their vision come to life and making sure the whole design and construction experience has been smooth an enjoyable.
